Sacred Sexuality – Jon Gosling & Elara Evenstar

Jon and Elara will explain the context of sacred sexuality in terms of our physical and spiritual being.  They will talk about the various elements involved and, as part of this, spend some time exploring the role of breath, through discussion, exercises and meditation.

• What is “sexual energy”?
• Sex and shame.
• How the power of breath can change our states of being including our sexual experience.
• Using our sexual being to expand ourselves and consciousness.
• How they support individuals to explore their sexual sacredness.

Speaker Profiles:

 Jon Gosling sees himself a “Body Awakener” he supports people to connect with themselves through the body rather than experiencing primarily through the conditioned mind.   He works with people to use the body as a gateway into new and expanded experiences.  Enabling them to experience and understand themselves more deeply.  He is passionate about the nurturing power of touch and is a Certified Sexological Bodyworker, a trained sexologist and somatic educator and Tantric practitioner and teacher. He offers experiential learning opportunities through consciousness that are designed to help individuals to access self-connection, profound erotic and ecstatic states and, if desired, sacred sexuality, allowing them to better express their desires and deepen their erotic capacity.

Elara Evenstar is one of the co-founders of Sacred Light Tantra which takes people on a journey towards intimacy, aliveness and integrating their spirituality and sexuality toward achieving higher consciousness. She is a Reiki Master, a medium, spiritual guide, and coach and also a Certified Sexological Bodyworker and Psychosexual Somatics Therapist.  With a grounding in both spirit and the body she brings these wisdoms into her Tantric teachings together with a mindfulness approach.  Her passion is helping people to let go of what stands in their way of full consciousness through emotional, energetic and  physical release.  The energy from emotions can get imprinted into our physical bodies as cellular memory, and Elara specialises in bodywork to support the release of this.  Elara is passionate in helping people work with what stops them from forming deep, meaningful and intimate relationships. She works with acceptance and love in all aspects of who you are and uses the power of Tantra to tansform and connect with the divine.  For it is only  when we are integrated and healed in both aspects of spirituality and sexuality that we can find true connection with our self and every aspect in the world around us.
